Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 2, 2026
Rob Da Books is a free app for tracking sports picks and your own bets. This page explains, in plain words, what we collect and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Account info: your email address and name. If you sign in with Google, we get your name, email and profile picture from Google. We never see your Google password.
- What you enter: bets you log, favorite cappers, and bet slip pictures you upload.
- Basic technical info: things like your browser type and the pages you visit, which our hosting providers record to keep the app running and secure.
How we use it
- To log you in and keep your account working.
- To show your bets, records and stats back to you.
- To read bet slip pictures you upload. Slip pictures are sent to an AI service (Anthropic) only to pull out the bet details. You confirm the details before anything is saved.
- To fix problems and keep the app safe.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your information.
- We don't show ads or share your info with advertisers.
- Your own bets and slip pictures are private to your account.
Who helps us run the app
We use a few trusted services: Supabase (database and login), Vercel (hosting), Google (sign-in, if you choose it), and Anthropic (reading bet slip pictures). They handle data only to provide their service to us.
Cookies
We use cookies only to keep you logged in. No tracking or ad cookies.
Keeping and deleting your data
We keep your info while your account is open. You can ask us to delete your account and your data at any time, and we will.
Age
Rob Da Books is only for people 21 and older. We don't knowingly collect info from anyone younger.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
